hi i am posting here after a long time,
well i have a 97 corolla dx and it normally comes with a remote control ( key-less entry)
i have a remote with lock unlock button, but its not in a very god shape, i cant hook it up to my key chain.
anyways my question is can i get another remote for it and make it work for my car?

You should be able to replace the remote and have it reprogrammed for your car. I'd ask the dealer.
