I had the codes pulled on my '96 ES300 and it said that the 5th cylinder is misfiring.I was told that it was probably the coil(for that cylinder).Can anyone tell me which one is the 5th cylinder and the level of difficulty to replace that coil.

The fifth cylinder is on the rear bank on the drivers side. Anything on the rear bank will obviously be more difficult than on the front due to space limitations, but I'm sure it is do-able if you're mechanically inclined.
