rear wing/side windows won't close

The back windows on the side that open with a little clampy-thing-y (like wing window) are open and I can't get them closed.



Can't find my bling-blang manual, and I don't want to force and break the opening/close mechanism, or worse, the window.



Any insight? It's getting cold up here in Minnesota. Thanks!
