Just ordered led's

What's up guys, i just ordered a couple of these Led's what do u guys think?

^^^ i had those for my plates and they dont look anything like in the picture.

mine had way more blue in them and since they werent "wedge" shaped they didnt focus the light all towards the plate. if you are into a tiny/little hint of blue then you'll like them

if you, like other people are going for the Lexus plate lights or "warm" white then ....



unfortunately on most products you get what you pay for

and for future references ...dont EVER rely on the ebay picture for LED or any other lights for the exact color output.

are they atleast bright? i was going to put them into the plate lights and map lights. i dont mind a hint of blue, i think it would actually look good because i have 8k hids and they have a slight blue color to them. im getting the impression you didnt like these too much =/

they are pretty bright i mean you can definitely see your plates and now that you say you have 8000k hids then it will match pretty good. i just wasnt too into the blue hids and yellow fogs(kinda civic) so i recently switched to 4300k and they are as white as possible! which made me notice how blue the plate LEDs looked so i purchased some to match(20 bucks : haha).



if you're gonna match then yeah you'll like them :]

im not sure how they'll look in the map lights though. mine are still stock.

I actually wanted the blue tint, so if you say I'll like them I'll take your word for it . I love that hid/yellow fog look. (brings out the jdm in the car lol) . When i was getting my hids i couldnt decide whether i wanted 6k or 8k, but i decided i want a blue tint, and now i love them

I always wanted white and purple and for the longest time i could never get purple cause obviously there is no true "purple" in Kelvins so i purchased around 5 sets of bulbs for my fogs and ended up using 12000k "purple" bulbs (which were more white than blue, no purple at all haha) and put purple overlay. and i still wanted the "white" output on the road so i purchased 5000k instead of 4300k but they still looked blue so i gave it and got 4300. which turned out to be perfect!



but yeah i understand the JDM look :]

speaking of purple, i saw a white 2010 prius today with sick purple lowbeams. idk if they were hid's or not but the output was fairly good. looked pretty good imo

well the prius has projectors and at some angles the bulbs give off that blue purple hue. they have the d2s bulbs so im not too sure what they are using.

Looks good I have an LE so i dont have fogs but im planning on getting a pair soon.

For my license plate light, I don't want 'em blue at all. I got 'em white to little to almost no blue. The light output is low, Which I love. Looks too much IMO when your license plate lights are too bright and they're lighting up you bumper.

ohh, those are more blue than i thought they would be....well I'll see how they look when i get em, and I'll post some pics
