My car got basic seat with without power seat, and I want to buy another seat with the power seat on. Does anyone know the seat with and without power have same or different wire undernearth the seat?

In previous vehicles I've owned, I know that the wiring for power seats was there, regardless of whether or not you got the option. You should be able to confirm this with a call to a Toyota service facility if you can't actually see the electrical harness plugs under the manual seat.

Any 2004+ Highlander already has the power cable plugged into nothing under the seat, with a constant power on feeding to it. The new seat will literally be three wires and four bolts and should be good to go.
